On July 20th, Capital State was informed that FFHL.US, a listed US company, announced that Wang Zengyong had resigned as the chairman and CEO of the company’s board of directors on July 10th, 2020, with effect from July 20th, 2020. The board of directors of the company accepted Wang Zengyong’s resignation on July 20th. The company appointed Lei Yan as the chairman and CEO of the board of directors, which will take effect on July 21, 2020.

  

  In addition, Benjie Dong resigned as the company’s chief financial officer and director, with effect from July 20, 2020. The board of directors of the company accepted his resignation on July 10, 2020, and appointed Jingjing Cheng as the company’s chief financial officer and director, with effect from July 21, 2020. The company said that the above resignations were due to personal reasons, not the result of differences with the company on any matters related to its operations, policies or practices.

  Lei Yan has been the president of Shanghai Meicheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. since January 2020, and is responsible for the overall business management. Since April 2019, Lei Yan has been the director and president of Shangdong Shengjia Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd., responsible for business management. Lei Yan studied for a master’s degree in business administration at the Giant Buddha University in Korea. From 2008 to 2010, he studied business administration in university and studied undergraduate courses. In 2003, he graduated from Hubei University of Economics, majoring in computerized accounting.

  Jingjing Cheng has been the director and chief financial officer of Shanghai Meicheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. since January 2020, and is responsible for financial management. Since April 2019, Jingjing Cheng has been the chief financial officer and vice president of Shangdong Shengjia Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd., responsible for financial management and operation management. From 2017 to 2020, she studied human resource management at Tianjin University and studied undergraduate courses. She studied computerized accounting in Shandong Women’s College from 2002 to 2005.

  Previously, Fuwei Film announced that it had received a notice from Shanghai Meicheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., saying that Shandong Snton Group Co., Ltd. had transferred 52.9% of the common shares of Fuwei Film held under its name to Shanghai Meicheng due to the company’s asset restructuring.
